Based on 102 survey responses, we discovered that panic is the most difficult hurdle for asthma patients during an asthma attack. To better understand the experience of living with asthma, we conducted 10 interviews and 5 co-creation workshops with asthma patients and their family members.

We have created an asthma toolkit, specifically for non-severe asthmatics. We want it to be provided from GPs or asthma nurses at diagnosis. It contains comprehensive NHS-sourced information for all ages and stages, aiming to educate patients and their families on confidently managing any asthma events.

Furthermore, presenting our idea across multiple platforms in various formats and languages could enhance its accessibility.
