Delivery rider jobs have become popular due to their flexibility. But lack of benefits and job hazards are major concerns. The pandemic has worsened global issues and gig economy, but food delivery has thrived, leading to increased competition and reduced earnings for riders.

We tested the prototype with 4 riders in Singapore. Three showed interest, and 2 without degrees saw it as an opportunity to advance. One suggested focusing on flexibility and expanding into more industries.
